1. When I will receive my order?

Usually orders are delivered within 2-5 work days. Delivery time may be prolonged during periods of sales, offers or due to significant increase in number of orders.

2. Where do you deliver to?

Orders are delivered only in Lithuania. If you want to order products with delivery abroad, please contact us at info@probiosanus.com

3. How much does delivery cost?

For orders with the total amount (after all sales and deductions) less than 40 €, delivery in Lithuania costs 3 €. For orders with the total amount (after all sales and deductions) equal to or greater than 40 €, delivery in Lithuania is free.

4. Can I collect my order by myself?

Unfortunately, there is no option to collect your order by yourself. All orders are sent by courier.

5. Do I have to create an account to make an order?

No, you can make an order without creating an account. The account allows you to make orders faster, see order history, however it is not required to make an order.

6. Do PROBIOTIC products have expiration date?

PROBIOTIC cleaning and laundry products expire after 2 years from production date.
